Bergman HR for its Client from automotive industry is currently looking for: Development Engineer Location: Gorzów Wielkopolski

Wymagania

• Engineering/technical degree,
• Professional experience on similar position preferably in automotive industry,
• Experience with production launch,
• Good knowledge about plastics and all relevant processes (injection, foaming, welding, punching, covering),
• Experience in product and process definition/optimization,
• English (MUST) / German (nice to have).

Zadania

• Defining components requirements including critical characteristics,
• Ensurance of all customer requirements, based on customer’s specifications,
• Creation of product specifications and supplier’s specification,
• Maintenance of bill of material (prototypes, series), tracing list of components and action plans,
• Set-up and monitoring of tooling schedule,
• Follow-up of product validation,
• Analyzing product, defining action plan for improvement and implementation of changes in order to ensure product quality in line with customer expectation,
• Lead of product change management,
• Coordinating distribution of reports and documentation,
• Interface management coordination,
• Presentation of product and action plan,
• Preparing rework sheets,
• Maturity improvement (coordination, definition, tracking) and failure analysis.
