Wymagania

Requirements for Candidates:
• very good knowledge of English and Hungarian/ Swedish
• ability to resolve complex problems
• knowledge of Microsoft environment
• high level of interpersonal skills.
POSITION DOES NOT REQUIRE PREVIOUS PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE.

Zadania

Main responsibilities:
• answer phone calls and e-mails from users and resolve problems
• record and track all incoming incidents and inquires
• cooperation with team members.
